Mobile desk hamburger menu map

On a phone, Inkpacket’s desk sidebar is Open desk menu — a hamburger drawer at #desk-mobile-nav. Help is not a row. That is hamburger-map honesty, not a missing Team page.

On a phone, the desk sidebar is a hamburger — not a horizontal link row. Tap Open desk menu (the Menu icon in the header) to open the drawer #desk-mobile-nav. That drawer is the same destination list as the desktop sidebar. It is not a FAQ. Each row is a real desk route. Help is not a drawer row. It lives in the header — workspace · role · plan · Help — and stays visible on a phone. That is hamburger-map honesty: Team, Billing, and Settings were not deleted; they moved into the drawer, and the control is lg:hidden on large screens.

Desk help is Docs. Documents aging on that list is document list aging and status honesty. Settings mail on the same drawer is Settings email From and Reply-To. Storage on Settings is Settings storage: S3 versus local. This guide is the map of the drawer.

Ask Inkpacket for mobile desk hamburger menu map to open this article. Ask where is team on mobile or hamburger to open help. Ask team on mobile to open Team. Those phrases stay on the product screens. This article is the public version of why the phone header looks empty until you tap Menu.

The drawer rows

  • Documents — /desk
  • Templates — /desk/templates
  • Bulk send — /desk/bulk
  • Web Forms — /desk/forms
  • Team — /desk/team
  • Billing — /desk/billing
  • Settings — /desk/settings
  • Admin — /admin only when the signed-in email is a platform admin (showAdmin). Members and ordinary owners do not see that row.

The workspace switcher sits above the hamburger. Sign out sits in the footer. Neither is inside #desk-mobile-nav. On large screens the same links are a left sidebar (lg:flex); the hamburger is lg:hidden. The drawer is a details control, not a separate app. Close it by tapping the same Menu control or by following a row.

Help is not a row

Help stays in the header so you can open Docs without hunting the drawer. Ask where is help on mobile to reopen the map section. Do not file a missing-Help ticket because the drawer omitted it. That omission is the design.

What the map is not

  • Not a second product. The routes are the desktop routes.
  • Not Billing unlocking the drawer. Checkout is not open.
  • Not a seat URL. Team invite is a different object from a signing link.
  • Not Admin for everyone. showAdmin is the platform email check.

Text-message (SMS) is coming soon — that card is still Settings, in the drawer. Drive missing: Drive not configured — same Settings page. Stripe off: Payments not live — Billing in the drawer still shows the billing note. Opening the hamburger does not configure those keys. Features lists the desk without the phone chrome.

Ask routes versus this map

Ask Inkpacket for hamburger or desk menu to open help. Ask documents on mobile, templates on mobile, bulk send on mobile, web forms on mobile, team on mobile, billing on mobile, or settings on mobile to open that screen. This article does not navigate. It names the rows so a search result can. Marketing Ask stays site Q&A and deep links. It will not send an envelope from the drawer.

The click-path

  1. On a phone, tap Open desk menu. Read #desk-mobile-nav.
  2. Pick the row you need. Documents is the envelope list. Team is seats. Billing is not open.
  3. Use the header Help link when you want the map section again.
  4. Do not open checkout to “unlock” a row that is already in the drawer.
  5. On a large screen, use the left sidebar. The hamburger is hidden.

The FAQ does not invent a mobile-only desk. After you sign in, the same organization-scoped pages are there. New teams open a workspace on Free and send from Documents — the drawer is how you reach that list on a phone.

Caps and what is not open yet

Opening the drawer is not a send. Free allows 5 packets a month. Free at 5 packets a month is the live cap desk send, bulk rows, Web Form fills, and API send share. Hitting it returns HTTP 402 ENVELOPE_LIMIT. Starter is 20 envelopes — more than Free — plus 3 published Web Forms. Seat counts are planning numbers; invite does not refuse when a workspace is full.

Billing is published, not charging. Checkout is not open. Text-message (SMS) is coming soon. Drive missing: Drive not configured. Stripe off: Payments not live. Those flags do not hide Team or invent a Help row in the drawer. Desk help uses Open desk menu, #desk-mobile-nav, and lg:hidden in the same words.

Tap Menu. Open the real route. File the envelope from Documents when you are there. Open a workspace on Free — see published pricing — or sign in on a phone so the hamburger is a control you have used before a signer waits on a link you cannot find.
